Simple promotion encourages referrals by hotel concierges

Challenge
Patti Lombardo wanted to attract downtown hotel patrons to her new location. She compiled a list of the 40 closest hotels and asked us for a promotion she could leave with the concierges at each hotel.

Solution
We designed a 2" x 8.5" bookmark format that included a simple map to both restaurant locations as well as a $5.00 off coupon. This slim format fits easily into the concierge's pocket, so when someone asks, "Hey, where's a good place to eat?" not only can they tell you, but they can give you a map to get there and $5 off your bill. Sweet deal!
