Heron's Restaurant, Waterfront Centre Hotel

Challenge
Design a set of high-quality menu covers for Heron's Restaurant, Waterfront Centre Hotel that are easily updated with short-run, laser-printed insert sheets.

Solution
These menu covers are made using the same processes and materials as high quality, hand-bound hard cover books. Insert sheets were pre-printed with a subtle border motif. These are laser printed as menus change and are 2 hole drilled and bound in the covers using the Chicago screws — another hardware detail used in traditional book binding.
