Solution
Working with DRM writer extraordinaire, Tim McNicoll, we designed and produced the book on DRM for Intrawest. It's the step-by-step manual on what to do and how to do it — complete with check lists and examples. This became the Intrawest bible on how to create, launch and measure the effectiveness of their DRM programs. Resort managers received a DRM career's worth of experience in this comprehensive how-to manual.
